Pre-order
How does pre-order work?
Pre-order pieces are ones I want for the next Edit but haven't ordered yet. You pay full price when you commit. If enough women commit by the closing date (the minimum is shown on each piece), I place the order and your piece ships 4–6 weeks later. If the minimum isn't met, you get a full refund within 5 business days. No questions asked.
When does the current pre-order close?
This round closes on 29 October.
Can I return a pre-order piece?
Yes. Once it's delivered, the same 14-day return policy applies as for every other piece.
Shipping
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Every order ships from Padova, Italy. I process orders within 2 business days. Delivery takes 5–12 business days in Italy and the EU, and 7–20 business days to the UK and other countries. You'll get a tracking number by email once it ships.
How much is shipping?
€7 in Italy and €15 to the rest of the EU. Shipping is free on orders over €200. Outside the EU, the cost is calculated at checkout.
Is there a way to get free shipping?
Yes. Join the inner circle and your first order ships free. Orders over €200 always ship free.
Will I pay customs duties?
Not within the EU. Orders to the UK, Switzerland, the US and other non-EU countries may have import duties or taxes, which are paid by the customer on delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece, for any reason. It must be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging. Email hello@thecorporaterebels.com to start a return and I'll send you the instructions and address. Returns sent without a request first can't be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and I've checked it, you're refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Can I exchange for a different piece or colour?
The fastest way is to return the piece you have and place a new order for the one you want.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@thecorporaterebels.com straight away with a photo and I'll make it right.
Fit & sizing
How do your sizes fit?
Most pieces are one size and fit EU 36–40. Some fit EU 36–38 or 38–40, and a few come in S and M. Each product page lists the fit and measurements. Not sure? Email me the piece and your usual size and I'll tell you honestly.
The Edit
How often do new pieces arrive?
Only with a new Edit, roughly every 6–8 weeks. No weekly drops, no trend chasing. Subscribers see each Edit before anyone else.
What do I get if I subscribe?
The free 10-Piece Workwear Capsule guide, free shipping on your first order, a first look at every new Edit, and every Thursday an email on why one piece earned its place. Once a week, never daily.
Do you ever have sales or discount codes?
No. Full price, always. I'd rather choose fewer pieces and price them honestly than mark them up to mark them down.
Where do the pieces come from?
I curate them from independent designers and ship every order myself from Padova, Italy.
Who is behind The Corporate Rebels?
Me, Stoyana. I spent 15 years in corporate marketing and couldn't find workwear that was polished without being boring, so I started curating it. I look at hundreds of pieces and keep very few. I do the looking. You do the deciding.
