Your Right to Withdraw

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@thecorporaterebels.com with your order number and request.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition • All tags must be attached • Items must be returned in their original packaging • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Return Shipping

Orders over €250: Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label.

Orders under €250: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@thecorporaterebels.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return (optional) 3. We will send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label 4. Pack items securely and ship to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@thecorporaterebels.com. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
